How to switch between day and week and what to show in the calendar

The agenda can show a single day or the whole week, and the list can hold either the active appointments or the no-show and canceled ones. All these switches live in the same menu in the top bar, together with opening the calendar and jumping to the current day.

Step 1 — Open the menu in the top bar

In the agenda's top bar, tap the three dots at the right end. They always stay there, at any screen width: when the bar gets narrow, the calendar icon and the bell retreat first — the dots never do. A small panel opens, with two sections of options and two action rows. The panel always shows the current state: the active option is already marked when you open it.

Step 2 — Choose day or week

Under View you have two options: Day and Week. Tap the one you want — the agenda switches immediately and the panel closes. The choice is remembered: on the next start, the agenda opens on the view you left it on.

Week works with a single employee. If several were selected, the selection narrows down to the first of them when you switch to week.

Step 3 — Choose what to show

Under Show you choose between Active and Missed & canceled. The two don't add up — they swap: on the first one you see the valid appointments, and on the second one only those where the client didn't show up or that were canceled stay visible — active appointments hide while the filter is on. Just like the view, the agenda refreshes immediately and the panel closes. The filter is not remembered between starts: the next time you open the app you're back on Active.

Step 4 — Open or close the calendar

Below the options you have the Open calendar row, which opens the monthly calendar. When the calendar is already open, the same row reads Close calendar and closes it again. The same command is also on the calendar icon in the top bar, whenever the screen is wide enough for it to fit.

Step 5 — Jump to the current day

The Go to today row takes you back to today. When you're already there, the row is gray and can't be tapped. When you've moved away from the current day, a calendar button with today's date written in it also appears in the top bar — it does the same thing in a single tap.

Optional: if you're on Week and select several employees, the agenda asks how you want to continue: "Week view works with a single employee. If you select more, the agenda switches to day view." Tap "Continue" to keep the chosen employees and switch to the multi-employee view, or "Cancel" to stay on week with a single employee.
