How to enable card payments

You can take card payments for online bookings through Stripe. Once connected, you can also ask clients for a down payment at booking time.

> Note: the setup is done by the account owner. Bank and card details are entered only on > Stripe's secure website, never in the app.

Step 1 — Open the options

In "Booking page", tap "Configure request options".

Step 2 — Start the setup

Tap "Enable card payments". The Stripe flow opens in your browser.

Step 3 — Fill in the details on Stripe

Follow Stripe's steps: company details, bank account and identity verification. These steps happen on Stripe's website, not in the app.

Step 4 — Come back to the app

Once your Stripe account is ready to take payments, the same option turns into "Down payment options".

Step 5 — Set the down payment

Tap "Down payment options" to ask clients to pay part of the cost at the moment they book.

Optional: if you interrupt the Stripe flow, you can pick it up again anytime — the option stays "Enable card payments" until the account is fully set up.
