How to accept or decline a booking request

Booking requests coming from your web page are handled in the requests section: you can accept them (they become appointments) or decline them.

> Note: the "Web requests" section appears in the menu only if receiving online requests > is enabled on your account. For clients to be able to send requests, also turn on > "Allow appointment requests" in the options.

Step 1 — Open the requests

From the menu, tap "Web requests". The "History" button in the corner shows you previously processed requests.

Step 2 — Open a request

Tap a request in the list; the row expands and the action buttons appear.

Step 3 — Call the client (optional)

Tap "Call" if you want to confirm something before deciding.

Step 4 — Decline or accept

"Delete" refuses the request. "Accept" turns it into an appointment. (If there is a schedule conflict, "Accept" is disabled.)

Step 5 — Go through the confirmation steps

When accepting, depending on the case you choose: "Choose the client", "Choose a service", "Choose an employee" and "Choose the SMS alerts". Only the steps that need a clarification appear.

Step 6 — Save

Tap "Save". The request becomes an appointment and shows up in the calendar.

Optional: if you've enabled "Auto-accept appointments" in the options, requests become appointments automatically and no longer pass through here.
