What we store

za_lang · za_country · za_cookie_consent · za_chat_session_id

Each item, explained

za_lang — your language preference

Stored as a cookie for 180 days. Set when you pick a language from the switcher in the header. Used so the next page opens in the same language.

za_country — your country (for currency)

Stored as a cookie for 180 days. Set when you visit the pricing page so prices show in your local currency. You can override it by passing ?country=XX in the URL.

za_cookie_consent — this banner

Stored in localStorage. Set to 1 when you click Got it, so the banner doesn't show again on this device.

za_chat_session_id — chat support session

Stored in sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). Used so the AI chat widget can keep context within a single conversation.

Third parties

None. We don't load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or anything else from a third party that would set cookies on your device. Only the four items above, all set by zenagenda.com itself.

How to clear or block these

All major browsers let you clear cookies and storage from their settings. aboutcookies.org has step-by-step instructions per browser. Blocking cookies entirely will still let you use the site, but you'll lose your language and currency preferences between page loads.
