The schedule sets the days and hours when the employee can be booked. Outside these intervals, the calendar doesn't allow appointments for them.
Step 1 — Open the employee's schedule
On the "Staff" screen, tap the employee, then "Work days schedule". This opens "Schedule for [name]".
Step 2 — Choose the repeat interval
From "Schedule", choose how often the schedule repeats: "Every week", "Every 2 weeks", "Every 3 weeks" or "Every 4 weeks". For a cycle of several weeks, tabs "Week 1", "Week 2" and so on appear.
Step 3 — (Only with multiple locations) Choose the location
If you've set up more than one "Location", pick the one you're setting the hours for. With a single location, this step is skipped automatically.
Step 4 — Check the days and set the hours
For each working day, tick the box next to the day and choose the start time and end time (07:00–17:00 by default). Tap + to add a second interval on the same day — a break appears automatically between them; use – to remove an interval.
Step 5 — Save
Tap "Save". The schedule applies to the calendar right away. ✅
Optional: further down you can also set a special schedule for specific days (e.g. a day with different hours), without changing the regular schedule.
