How to sell a subscription to a client

You sell a subscription straight from the client's file, then you can send the payment link by SMS or show a QR code. The client needs a unique phone number.

Step 1 — Start from the client's file

Open the client's file and tap Add subscription. If they have no phone number, the app asks you to add it first.

Step 2 — Choose the subscription

From the list that appears, choose the subscription template you want to sell.

Step 3 — Set the period

In Configure subscription, choose Start date. The end date (End date) is calculated automatically, based on the validity.

Step 4 — Create the subscription

Tap Add subscription. The The subscription has been created, you can now edit the details. confirmation appears and the subscription switches to edit mode.

Step 5 — Send the payment link

Under Payment details, choose how you collect the payment: Send SMS with payment link sends the link by SMS, Show QR for payment shows the QR code, and Copy payment link copies the link so you can send it yourself.

Step 6 — Mark the payment (when needed)

If you collected the money directly (cash or card on site), tap Mark as fully paid so the subscription is marked as paid.

Optional: if you don't have online payments enabled, the payment options are replaced by the Enable card payments link, which connects Stripe.

Note: you confirm sending the SMS yourself, in the messaging app that opens.
