How to edit quick messages

Quick messages are ready-made texts you send to a client with a single tap, on WhatsApp or by SMS.

Step 1 — Open the settings

Open Settings from the menu, then tap "Edit Quick Messages". This opens "Quick messages settings".

Step 2 — Turn on the channels

Turn on "Use WhatsApp quick messages" and/or "Use SMS quick messages". The SMS option only appears on phones (with a SIM), not on desktop.

Step 3 — Add a WhatsApp message

In the WhatsApp section, tap the "+" button and write the text. You can have at most 3 messages.

Step 4 — Add an SMS message

Do the same in the SMS section — tap "+". The limit here is 3 messages as well.

Step 5 — Edit an existing message

Tap a message in the list to change its text.

Note: the "+" button is disabled once you reach 3 messages on a channel. Delete one so you can add another.

Optional: in the text you can use appointment details (the client's name, the services, the date, the time). The real values show up in the preview.
