How to create a subscription

A subscription is a template you define once: which services it includes, how many uses, what it costs and how long it stays valid. Then you can sell it to clients.

Step 1 — Open the subscription list

In the Services screen, tap the Subscriptions card. The Available subscriptions list opens.

Step 2 — Start a new subscription

Tap the + button at the top right.

Step 3 — Title and color

Under Define the subscription, type a name in Subscription title and pick a color.

Step 4 — Price, duration and validity

Under Price, duration & expiration, pick the validity from Expire time:, then fill in Price, Duration (min) and Included uses (how many uses it includes).

Step 5 — The services included

Tap Services and tick the services that go into the subscription. At least one must be selected.

Step 6 — Visibility and online payment

Under Visibility & payment you can turn on Visible on the booking page and Allow online payment for the subscription. For card payments, connect Stripe from Enable card payments.

Step 7 — Save

Tap Save. If a required field is missing, the app shows In order to save, please fill in all the fields.

Optional: you can also fill in Subscription description, Subscription benefits and Terms and conditions, for clients who buy online.
