From the options you decide what clients see on the web page and how appointment requests behave. When you're done, tap "Save".
> Note: these settings live under "Booking page", available only with the > right to see the web page.
Step 1 — Open the options
In "Booking page", tap "Configure request options".
Step 2 — Visibility and requests
"Make your website public" makes the site public, and "Allow appointment requests" lets clients send appointment requests.
Step 3 — How requests arrive
"Auto-accept appointments" turns requests straight into appointments, with no manual confirmation. "The price of the services should be visible" and "The time of the services should be visible" show the client the price and duration of your services.
Step 4 — What the client can choose
Turn on "Allow customers to choose the service" and cap it with "Maximum number of selectable services". Use "Allow only requests that are linked to existing appointments" for requests attached to existing appointments, "Allow client to send a message" to offer a message field, and "Show an informational message to the client" for terms or conditions.
Step 5 — The booking window
Set "Maximum days in the future" and "Minimum days from now" — how many days in advance clients can request an appointment.
Step 6 — Cancellations and rescheduling
Turn on "Allows cancellations" and "Allows rescheduling" and choose how many days ahead clients are allowed to do them.
Step 7 — Selection order and saving
At "What should be selected first?", choose what appears first: "Employee" or "Service". Then tap "Save".
Optional: the employee always stays selectable by the client; you only control whether they can choose the service as well.
