Do I have reports on activities registered in the app?

Yes, Zen Agenda provides detailed reports on your business activities, allowing you to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.

To access the reports, go to Main Menu “☰” ➣ Reports.

In this section, you can:

• Select a specific location or view data for all locations (if you manage multiple sites).
• See the number of new and returning clients for the selected month.
• Analyze activity by day, week, month, year, or custom range, including:

a. number of appointments

b. hours worked

c. total revenue

d. revenue generated online (through the website)

e. monthly average

• Check the number of appointments made online and identify the clients who made these appointments.
• View active subscriptions and subscriptions that will expire in the next 15 days.
• Find out which service is the best seller and which is the most profitable. By selecting the service, you can see the list of clients who benefited from it.
• Consult the list of clients with no-shows. When accessing a client, you can see the complete history of appointments for the selected period.
• Analyze the performance of each employee: hours worked, revenue generated, and number of appointments. You can also view the appointment history for each client associated with that employee.

In the Schedule section, you can view or print appointments for a specific day or for a chosen time frame.
